These are not the terms of enrolment. Enrolment is governed by a separate agreement signed at the point of deposit.
Use of the site
You may read this site, share its pages, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not republish the full text of any page elsewhere without our written permission. You may not scrape the site for commercial purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.
The information here is provided in good faith and is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing. Some facts on this site, including opening date, capacity, and tuition tiers, may change before opening day. We will update the site when they do.
Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry through this site does not create an enrolment agreement, a teacher-family relationship, or any obligation between Lykkehaven and the inquirer beyond the obligations described in our privacy policy. We respond within two working days. We may decline to respond to inquiries that are abusive or that appear to be sent in bad faith.
Hiring
Job postings on the careers page are open until a role is filled. Sending a letter and CV does not create an employment relationship. Lykkehaven reserves the right to interview, hire, or decline candidates at its discretion, in line with applicable employment law.
Intellectual property
The text, the brand name Lykkehaven Early Learning, the wordmark, and the original illustrations on this site are the property of Lykkehaven Early Learning. The Danish and Dutch words used in the philosophy are part of those languages and belong to no one. The interpretation of how they fit together here is ours.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will be free of errors, available at all times, or compatible with every device or browser. If you find a problem, write to info@lykkehaven.com and we will fix it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lykkehaven Early Learning is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York.
Changes
If we update these terms, the effective date at the top will change. Significant changes will be noted on the site for thirty days.
